Prestige commercial director Joe Bhamra was presented with the award at an awards ceremony near Oxford by Sharon Miles, transformation director of LeasePlan UK.

Joe Bhamra said: “We are delighted to have won the award, the fourth we have been presented with by LeasePlan UK in the last three years, as it recognises the excellent support we provide to both LeasePlan car and light commercial vehicle fleet customers.

“Over the last 12 months, we have developed a number of key solutions for LeasePlan, including the development of new systems and the refining of authorisation processes, which have delivered savings in both costs and time.

“In each case, we have ensured that we have delivered solutions in accordance with LeasePlan’s Net Promoter Score standards.

“At the same time, we have expanded our network of Service Centres by 23% with the addition of 50 new centres, to ensure we have one in the vicinity of every LeasePlan driver.”
