The firm says its confidence in the Mercedes product line-up has resulted in the marque’s quadruple sales rate through Pendragon in 2013.

The company’s contract hire team also recently attended a product training meeting at Mercedes to learn about its new vehicles and how they are more relevant for fleets.

Pendragon Contracts said the Mercedes range will enable it to meet the requirements of customers for more affordable yet highly equipped vehicles while positively addressing emissions and accessibility.

Managing director Neal Francis said: ‘By putting more Mercedes models on our fleet we can meet customers’ key criteria around price, whole life cost and rapid delivery more effectively than with other brands currently. It’s a win-win situation.’
