Paragon Group appoints group sales and marketing director
Hindley brings 25 years of industry experience to the role and takes on the wider remit following two years at Paragon Vehicles Services as business development director. His new role will see him look to increase awareness of the company’s services and lead business development.
Ian Carlisle, chief executive officer of Paragon, said: “Mark has done an outstanding job of growing the Paragon Vehicle Services business since its acquisition in 2013. With the unique challenges being faced across the automotive supply chain, it is important that we are structured to respond in a holistic manner which can unlock further value for our customers. Mark has a great track record of working strategically with manufacturers and wider customers to develop long-term strategic partnerships.”
Commenting on his new role, Mark Hindley said: “Paragon has ambitious plans to change the way it works. We will unlock value as a strategic supply chain partner to the motor industry, by working differently to our competitors, we aim to create real synergies across our new, in-life, used vehicle and remarketing services.”
The move follows the company’s recent announcement of £4.7m in structured investments over the next 12 months to build further capacity and drive innovation into the supply chain.
