Ogilvie wins Fleeteye CSI award for fourth year running
The company topped the sub-250 vehicle category based on results obtained throughout 2013 from Experteye’s post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK. In total, nine different Experteye fleet and automotive award categories are run.
Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, which asks an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.
‘For Ogilvie Fleet to have won the sub-250 fleet award four times in a row is an incredible achievement,’ said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye. ‘However, each year the company continues to demonstrate an outstanding level of service which is reflected in the independent feedback we receive from their customers.
Gordon Stephen, Ogilvie Fleet’s managing director, said: ‘Customers are a firm’s biggest supporters or harshest critics, but I am delighted that our clients have every confidence in our ability to deliver great products and services all underpinned by superb industry-leading customer service.’
