Nissan Juke crossover to offer excellent RVs
Data provided by CAP puts RVs at 52% to 54% based on three years/60,000 miles of ownership. In comparison, the MINI hatchback has RVs of 48% and 50% for petrol and diesel models respectively while the MINI Countryman has an RV of 52%.
Tony Lewis, Nissan's corporate sales director, said: 'We have worked hard to ensure that Juke ownership is hassle-free, and that includes the retained value of the car.'
The Juke is available with a choice of three engines, including a 117bhp 1.6-litre petrol engine plus a 110bhp 1.5-litre dCi diesel. There's also a new 190bhp 1.6-litre direct injection turbo petrol engine in both two and four-wheel drive. The £19,995 all-wheel-drive range-topper is mated to Nissan's XTRONIC CVT transmission, with six-speed manual mode and lateral torque-vectoring.
The range consist of three trim levels: Visia, Acenta and Tekna. The entry-level Visia is available from £12,795 and comes equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels, ESP, six airbags, sports seats and air conditioning.
Acenta spec is available from £13,795, growing the standard equipment list to include 17-inch alloys, climate control, Bluetooth with USB connectivity and the Nissan Dynamic Control System.
The range-topping Tekna badge includes leather upholstery, Nissan Connect, a reversing camera, Intelligent Key with engine start button and is available from £15,795.
The Juke is officially on sale at Nissan's UK dealerships from 24 September.
