New Specsavers Eyecare At Work includes dedicated driving section

Created as a standalone area of the main Specsavers website, the Eyecare At Work section has been furnished with a wealth of useful tools for employers. These include downloadable posters to help with the communication of the benefits of eyecare. FAQs help with employers’ understanding of the benefits and downloadable guides provide information on relevant regulations and legislation.

The site also features a full and detailed Driving At Work section, which aims to bring employers and employees further details regarding responsibilities and solutions.

Through the website, employers can also register for eyecare eVouchers and then simply log-in to purchase and distribute selected eVouchers to the relevant employees. Employees can even locate their most convenient Specsavers Store and request an appointment, online.

Both employer and employee sections are broken down into areas of eyecare requirements, covering DSE eyecare, safety eyewear, optical care and driver eyecare.

There are also dedicated sections on the new website to help with the specifics of display screen equipment (DSE) eyecare, safety eyewear and optical care. These help to inform the employer about the relevant legislation and the eVouchers that are available to cover specific eyecare needs within the workplace.

Suzanne Randall, corporate account manager, for Specsavers Corporate Eyecare said: ‘We are very excited about the new Eyecare At Work site and the benefits it brings for employers and employees alike. We are always looking to add value to the eyecare we offer and the website provides a wealth of additional information at the touch of a button.’
