The new recruits include Julie Irons, who joins as Richard Baird’s New Business Development Team as manager and will be working alongside Baird to grow the business.

In addition, Lottie Linell has joined as new business account manager. She will be based in the north, driving Marshall Leasing forward and creating a strong customer representation for the company in an area that it says it has hitherto not been as visible as it would have liked. Linell is currently the north east chairman for ACfO.

In addition, Antony Doyle joins as key account manager and brings 20 years’ experience in the fleet industry. After completing a Business Degree at Aston University in 1994 Doyle worked with Masterlease and Leasedrive for 18 years in a variety of roles within business development as a corporate account manager and later in the public sector new business team as a salary sacrifice car scheme specialist. Recently he assisted FleetHire Limited in the development of its Car Salary Exchange scheme.

Doyle has joined Christian Sawers’ account management team where the focus is on retention and growth within the client base.
