New platform to help drive broker sales and cut fleet costs

A new service designed to provide leasing brokers with a comprehensive view of the market place could help drive growth among the segment while generating reduced leasing costs for customers.

The platform gives access to Cap’s vehicle data while providing access to fleet management solutions for clients through Odo

The Broker Complete solution is a collaboration between fleet management app specialist Odo and Cap HPI, and gives access to Cap’s vehicle data while providing access to fleet management solutions for clients through Odo and its Oracle cloud-based portal.

Available on a three-month free trial, it enables brokers to increase their retention rates and generate recurring revenue, while also helping reduce costs for their customers.

It’s been designed to make the process of choosing vehicles easy for customers, generating real-time leads via an easy-to-use, professionally branded website.

For brokers, it provides the ability to quickly and easily manage multiple rate books from funders, publish special offers and to have full visibility of renewals. No infrastructure is required and the CRM system offers full control to manage content and keep the broker’s site updated with the best deals.

Simon West-Oliver, director of strategic partnerships for Odo, commented: “This innovative solution will revolutionise the industry by providing brokers with a single platform to run their operation. It allows brokers to grow their business, increase retention rates and generate new recurring revenue streams. ODO enables the newly emerging digital automotive ecosystem, and we’re delighted to partner with Cap HPI in launching Broker Complete.”

It’s already received strong feedback from brokers testing the system, including Concept Vehicle Leasing.

“We don’t make any secret about the fact that it is Odo that gives our client offer credibility and that there is a powerful system behind the product that should give customers confidence,” said Paul Bulloch, managing director.
