Effective immediately, Ken McCall replaces Mark Cotterill, who has left to pursue a new career opportunity, and brings 20 years of board experience to the table.

In his new role, he will focus on market leadership and customer experience. He will also be dealing with innovations of new products and services, along with joining the drive for worldwide growth of the brand as a whole.
