The company says that the typical GreenRoad 360 customer already sees fuel economy savings of up to 10% and with this new solution drivers can cut fuel consumption by an additional 2-5%.

Real-time idling reports make it easy for managers to identify idling issues. The service also generates weekly reports on idling performance across the entire fleet and provides managers with at-a-glance exception reports to quickly identify specific drivers, vehicles, or trips impacting operations.

The system is compatible with all vehicle makes and models and does not require ECM integration or an ignition sensor to be fitted to determine whether or not the engine is running. The company also says its technology has no impact on vehicle warranty or sub-systems.
