New fleet and remarketing manager appointed at Kia's Pan-European Operations
Mr Jun has 12 years of experience in sales and marketing functions for GM in Japan, Ford Motor Company (Jaguar), Chrysler and Daimler in Germany. At Mercedes-Benz he was responsible for the German market as key account manager for the leasing companies; his last position was manager business development with the responsibility for the Corporate Sales Business at international level.
In his new role at Kia's Pan-European Operations he will look to further develop fleet sales, focusing on the Operating Leasing business and the small-medium companies, achieving a more sensible balance between retail and fleet.
His responsibility will be also to improve the Remarketing capabilities, continuing to expand the "Kia Approved" programme while reducing the Used Cars stock and the enhancement of RVs in the European markets, taking the advantage of the seven-year warranty coverage on all Kia models and achieving a more competitive TCO.
His appointment follows the promotion earlier this year of Giuseppe Tommaso to the newly created role of general manager business development.
