New Chevin team leader places focus on customer satisfaction
Chevin Fleet Solutions has recruited Amjad Razak as its new support team leader in line with its continued drive to ensure widespread customer satisfaction as the company continues to expand.
Razak joins the firm as software support desk team leader and will oversee an in-house team providing dedicated support to Chevin’s customers.
“We are delighted that Amjad has joined us, bringing with him a wealth of relevant knowledge and proficiency gained through his experience as a team leader within the software sector,” said Peter Ormsby, Chevin operations director.
“I have no doubt that Amjad’s technical support knowledge will help meet our customers’ requirements and further Chevin’s success.”
Chevin has continued to strengthen its customer-facing team alongside its ongoing expansion, including the appointment earlier this summer of Jack O’Mahony in a brand new software developer role, to facilitate ongoing design enhancements to its FleetWave fleet management software.
In May, Chevin also hosted UK and US-based ‘user days’, to help share best practice and generate customer-led ideas for future developments and software enhancements.
