New ATS Euromaster e-booking service offers fleets scheduled appointments

The system has been designed to make it as easy as possible for customers with vans or cars to have tyres replaced, batteries and wheel alignments checked or a Class 4 or Class 7 MOT conducted, at a time that suits them, by experts.

Customers choose the most convenient centre and time for their appointment, and specify the type of tyres or service their vehicle needs. The vehicle then just needs to be dropped off at the centre at the correct time and the expert technicians at ATS Euromaster take care of the rest.

Peter Fairlie, group sales director at ATS Euromaster, said: “When a business has to send a vehicle for checks and repairs, they need more than expert service – they need to be certain of when the work will be carried out, so they can schedule their operations accordingly. Our new e-booking system makes it as easy as a few clicks to get an appointment where you are guaranteed to be seen at a planned time that suits you.”

Customers can log on to ATS Euromaster’s website to arrange a booking at one of more than 300 centres nationwide that offer guaranteed appointments from Monday to Saturday, with more than 2,500 slots available every day.

The e-booking portal allows the user to add in their company name and leasing provider, as well as their tyres’ size, which means they can be safe in the knowledge that when the vehicle is brought in for work, ATS Euromaster will have the right stock in place to complete the work quickly and efficiently.

Fairlie added: “Booking online means that we can identify if the customer is on a particular tyre policy, and with the tyre size information provided, ensure that we have the correct stock available when they bring their vehicle in, minimising downtime.”

Fleet drivers can also book appointments with ATS Euromaster’s team of mobile technicians.
