For the last 10 years, Ian has worked for a top 50 contract hire company where he was responsible for most areas of the business including managing Aftersales, fleet management and customer care.

Ian is also a fully qualified motor vehicle technician and has previously worked within both Vauxhall Retailers and independent workshops. His role will be to increase Aftersales part sales to self-maintaining fleets, as well as improving service retention for Vauxhall Fleet Aftersales.

Andy West, Vauxhall Aftersales director, said of the new appointment: ‘We’re delighted that Ian has joined our team and will be helping us to retain and grow the Fleet Aftersales business with both existing and new customers.’
