Nationwide Windscreen Services scoops Lex award
The award was presented by supplier network manager Liam Gavin in reflection of the NWS approach to delivering service excellence to Lex Autolease customers. In determining the overall winner, other factors were also taken into account including strong investment in ADAS recalibration technology, centres & training, low complaints ratio and high NPS score across the year.
Steve Greenway, senior partnership manager at NWS, commented: “The research into ADAS technology and development work by our operations team that began before 2015, led by the NWS operations director Phil Homer, meant that NWS were in prime position to deliver the service and advice to Lex Autolease when these vehicles came on fleet. The investment to install the ADAS recalibration equipment into our fitting centres has proved the right decision as the windscreen volumes where a recalibration is necessary will only increase, especially with such a modern fleet as operated by Lex Autolease.”
