Nationwide Motorglass cuts service agreement with All Fleet Services

All calls will be logged by All Fleet Services in detail and monitored to ensure that the driver’s requirement is handled either by AFS or the in-hours team at Nationwide within 24 hours, or sooner in emergency cases.  A Motorglass fitter is then assigned to the enquiry from the Nationwide network.

Gary Nicholls, operations director, Nationwide Motorglass, said:  ‘The service offered by All Fleet Services provides considerable interaction with our in-hours team here at Nationwide, ensuring comprehensive and effective communication is exchanged.  This means we will continue to deliver on our promise to provide a high level of customer service within 24 hours, satisfying our drivers’ requirements promptly.’

Dave Scobie, managing director of All Fleet Services, commented:  ‘Our dedicated team supporting Nationwide Motorglass will provide an immediate resolution to drivers’ requirements, ensuring they are supported effectively, even in emergency situations.’
