Multileasing and Bankstone Advantage Ltd team up for RepairTrak solution
The RepairTrak solution is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provides a "one stop shop" approach to accident management, from organising car hire, coordinating claims, dealing with the completion of repairs, assisting with uninsured losses and keeping the fleet manager up-to-date with the work carried out
It also deals proactively with minor "every day" damage as reported on automated driver reports, helping to avoid expensive end-of-lease damage recharges and also building a picture of driver behaviour through the Multileasing online management system FleetControl, to help support fleets with duty of care obligations.
