Leasing Options has appointed Mike Thompson as its new chief operating officer.

Thompson previously held the positions of brand manager and then sales & marketing director at the business, which turned 30 last year, and in recent years has led a number of strategic projects, improving processes and heading up recruitment.

In his new role, he takes on responsibility for all operational functions, while retaining his previous focus on sales and marketing.

As a result of its continued record growth, Leasing Options is also looking at further investment to grow the brand and business.
