Unleaded prices have risen by 3.5ppl from 135.0ppl to 138.5ppl. Diesel prices have risen by 2.7ppl from 142.8ppl to 145.5ppl. The price difference between unleaded and diesel has fallen to 7.0ppl.

Northern Ireland recorded the highest price for unleaded at 139.2ppl. Yorkshire and Humberside recorded the lowest price for unleaded at 137.9ppl. The South East recorded the highest diesel price at 146.0ppl.Yorkshire and Humberside have the cheapest diesel at 144.7ppl.Supermarket prices for unleaded rose by 2.8ppl to 136.1ppl. The gap between supermarket prices and the UK average for unleaded has risen to 2.4ppl.

The UK has the eighth highest petrol price in Europe and the second highest diesel price.
