Lloyd Kia looks to help fleets with its appointment as Business Specialist Dealer

Lloyd Kia Carlisle is the latest Kia dealership to achieve Business Specialist Dealer (BSD) status, enhancing its business focus.

Lloyd Kia Carlisle is now a Business Specialist Dealer following the appointment of dedicated business sales executive, Emma Wilkinson

The dealership, which has been running for just under a year, gained BSD status with the appointment of its new dedicated business sales executive, Emma Wilkinson.

Kia’s BSDs offer a bespoke service to businesses, helping to ensure their needs are fully understood before being met with the right vehicles and finance packages.

Commenting on the news, Wilkinson said: “With Kia’s fresh model line-up and competitive emission figures, we have a car for all business needs. Low Benefit-in-Kind vehicles are very attractive at the moment [and] we also have healthy stocks of vehicles to keep your business moving.”

Lloyd Kia is one of the few BSDs in the North of England and serves Cumbria, the Borders and Southwest Scotland. There are currently 30 Business Specialist Dealerships across the 188-strong UK-wide Kia dealer network.

Kia is seeing increased interest from fleets thanks to its wide range of vehicles designed to suit every business. This includes the full-electric Kia e-Niro and Kia Soul EV that offer company car drivers 0% BiK, to fleet-focused plug-in hybrids such as the Kia XCeed Plug-in Hybrid and Kia Ceed Sportswagon Plug-in Hybrid, which both attract 12% BiK for the 2020/21 tax year.
