Lightfoot to enhance driver rewards under new recruit

Driver behaviour technology specialist Lightfoot is to further expand its rewards programme with the help of newly appointed relationships manager Tiffany Bale.

The Lightfoot driver behaviour technology provides audio and visual guidance to encourage more efficient driving, backed up by a rewards programme to recognise those drivers who achieve ‘Elite Driver’ status.

Bale, previously an account manager at Global Media, will help drive this rewards programme, which offers discounts, giveaways, leagues and competitions, with further giveaways.

Her appointment pushes the Lightfoot headcount past 60. The business has more than doubled staff numbers in the last 12 months and has recently moved to new headquarters in Devon, to cope with its expansion. The business hopes to push staff numbers into triple figures by the end of 2019, helped by continued growth in the fleet market and the expansion of their consumer launch across the South West and UK later this year.
