The appointment comes a year after Lyon Taylor joined the company and will see him take responsibility for managing the fleet side of the business as Lightfoot continues to expand.

The new role will also allow CEO Mark Roberts to focus on future innovations and progressing the business, including international expansion and developing Lightfoot’s consumer proposition.

Lyon Taylor said: “Lightfoot is an innovative young company with so much potential, and I look forward to building on our ethos of ‘rewarding better drivers’ to realise it fully. We have fantastic customers onboard and plenty in the pipeline for the coming year.”
