Licence Check launches free knowledge base for DAVIS

Risk management specialist Licence Check has launched a free-to-use knowledge base for users of its DAVIS risk management and licence checking platform, delivering a vast repository for essential information.

Licence Check’s new Knowledge Base brings a wealth of essential information for DAVIS users

It’s believed to be a first in the sector and provides direct clients with a wealth of user guides, service information and newly created video tutorials, all carefully indexed and with clearly marked, separate sections.

Terry Hiles, general manager at Licence Check, said the new solution would provide “a powerful central resource that, over time, will become a key focal point for DAVIS users”.

He added: “Over time, we have accumulated a huge amount of relevant driver and vehicle compliance information. The launch of this dedicated space has given us the opportunity to pool that information with DAVIS training, support, policy and service enhancements information in one all-encompassing central resource that DAVIS users can access as and when they require it.”

Further developments will follow on an ongoing basis and will include FAQs and compliance/policy templates and guidelines.

It will also provide users with the latest technical information on the use and administration of DAVIS, including how to access key reports and how to add and delete drivers, along with any new technology and release updates.

This additional service is available for free 24/7 and with unlimited access to all direct users of the DAVIS platform – totalling around 1,500 separate companies and representing tens of thousands of individual drivers.
