Licence Bureau scoops national digital accolade for compliance portal

The portal took the B2B and Professional Services category at the recent British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) awards.

Basingstoke digital agency DotLabel designed and built the site to accommodate the end user’s individual requirements, helping to enhance the overall experience for each customer, which has resulted in significant uptake from Licence Bureau’s customers.

“From the outset the aim was for our new compliance portal to offer customers an interactive website portal that was dedicated to helping them proactively manage their vehicles and employee compliance,” explained Malcolm Maycock, Licence Bureau’s managing director.

“Our portal enables each customer to set their own risk tolerance and add their own comments to each issue which builds up an audit trail of their resulting actions. This is vital in the modern day fleet arena where Duty of Care is such a major issue,” he added.
