Katie Hayes, Stuart Haycock and Janice Cadden join Lex Autolease’s Senior Operating Committee, which provides Strategic Management for the business.

The appointments strengthen the executive leadership of the business and are an integral part of the business’ growth strategy to increase the size of its fleet by an additional 100,000 vehicles in the next five years.

Stuart Haycock joins Lex Autolease, as head of performance delivery, from Lloyds’ SME Banking team after eight years in the Group. Haycock, a qualified accountant, will be responsible for driving performance across sales channels and will work alongside SME sales director Fiona Hall in enhancing Lex Autolease’s proposition to small businesses.

Customer experience director Katie Hayes has worked for Lex Autolease for over 15 years and now leads the firm’s customer experience programme. Hayes also heads the firm’s internal engagement activities.

Janice Cadden has been appointed as regional and public sector sales director, having been promoted from her previous role as regional director for Scotland where she was responsible for a total asset base of £14m and total fleet of over 12,000 vehicles. Cadden joined Lex Autolease in 1994 as a sales executive and has since held a number of senior sales roles within the business.

Tim Porter, managing director at Lex Autolease, said: ‘I’m delighted to have such experienced, skilled and knowledgeable leaders join the Executive team – something I’m sure that will prove to be instrumental in pushing forward our growth ambitions.

‘The appointment of Janice, Stuart and Katie to our Senior Operating Committee recognises the immense talent that we have in the business and our continuing commitment to addressing the needs of our clients of all sizes across the country.’
