LeasePlan shows commitment to fleet customers with first-ever Network website The www.networkvehicles.com site was launched at its annual conference, which took place this month at Whittlebury Hall and was attended by over 150 delegates. The site gives an easy-to-follow introduction to a variety of funding products and helps to answer the most frequently asked Network customer questions, specifically those relating to contracts. It also features an interactive map to help customers find a Network franchisee by region or county depending on the level of locality required. From there, selecting the franchisee of choice, checking their BVRLA credentials and selecting the preferred method of contact takes just a few clicks. The site also highlights the work of the BVRLA within the leasing industry and offers an insight into the cooperation between Network & the BVRLA to develop a highly comprehensive auditing process. It also features detailed car reviews. The company says its work on the new site is a clear sign of Network’s ambitions for its 100-strong group of franchisees, which have around 60,000 vehicles on the road in the UK. Jo Elms, brand director, Network, said: ‘We’re committed to investing in our IT systems and providing support for our franchisees. The new website will enable our existing and prospective customers a simpler way to contact Network franchisees. ‘The site also acts as a fantastic platform to demonstrate the outstanding qualities which make our franchisees stand out from their competitors.’ News of the website launch comes only a week after the announcement of the launch of the Sunrise order management software, which allows Network franchisees to effectively handle and deliver up to 600,000 customer quotes each year.
