The Lot 7 covers single-source supply of leased passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes, with the option to provide additional vehicles and fleet management services as required.

Leasedrive Velo won the agreement following a comprehensive online tender process, and is one of only five suppliers on this latest framework agreement effective from 16 May 2011 for a four-year period. 

The latest framework agreement follows the awards won by Leasedrive Velo in 2009 for general fleet management services and in 2010 for pan-government vehicle hire services.

Commercial director Roddy Graham said: 'We are a one-stop shop solution for any government or public sector department looking to outsource its fleet or rental management requirements. Besides being in a position to provide contract hire vehicles for all of a customer's vehicle requirements, the new framework allows us to offer the management of pool fleets, provide consolidated invoicing, manage and or transition existing fleet arrangements via our RunOut:Manager and offer a sale and leaseback service.'
