The company said the move was prompted by a desire to have offices that fully reflected the quality values of the Leasedrive brand whilst remaining close to the original site.

David Bird, managing director at the Leasedrive Group, said: ‘When we took over the Masterlease UK business in December 2010, we made a commitment to the employees to maintain an office in the Birmingham area. We continue to deliver on that commitment through a major new investment in state-of-the-art facilities for the customer service, operations, IT, procurement and account management teams.’

He added: ‘This is an exciting move for Leasedrive in the West Midlands, offering a fresh and stimulating working environment with superb facilities for staff that enhances the Leasedrive brand. It is an investment in our joint future and the continued successful growth of the business. Importantly, these new Solihull offices will comfortably accommodate our future expansion plans in the UK.

‘Phoenix House is a bright, modern building, offering superior accommodation for our employees, truly reflective of the Leasedrive brand and offices where we can be proud to bring customers, prospects and suppliers.’

David Bird also said that the company is introducing a car sharing scheme identical to the one in operation at its headquarters in Wokingham, Berkshire.

The full address of the new HQ is: The Phoenix Building, Central Boulevard, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull, West Midlands B90 8BG. The telephone number – 0870 732 4444 – remains the same.
