Kia dealers start remote orders and workshop SMR

Kia dealers are now able to take remote orders and carry out servicing, repairs and MOTs in workshops.

Kia dealers have been given the green light to take remote orders

Although showrooms remain closed until further notice, the Government confirmed late last month that car dealerships can carry out remote sales and deliver during lockdown.

Now Kia has said that its customers can get in contact with their local dealer to place an order, while a number of workshops are now open to carry out work, backed by new hygience and social distancing protocols.

Kia UK is also honouring honour valid warranty claims for repairs that could not take place before the expiry of the vehicle’s warranty due to government lockdown rules. It also assured customers with a Kia Care service plan that this will remain valid regardless of when the services are undertaken.
