John Challen appointed editor at Fleet World magazine
Leading independent B2B publisher Fleet World Group is delighted to announce the appointment of experienced automotive journalist John Challen as the new editor of Fleet World magazine.
Taking over from outgoing editor Martyn Collins, John previously edited International Fleet World magazine, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having been in automotive journalism for more than 20 years. Over those two decades, he has researched and written about a vast range of automotive topics, including fleet, EVs, engineering, design, retail and the aftermarket.
As well as drawing on his extensive motor knowledge for the new role, John will also utilise his strong background in networking. Attending international motor shows and industry events, he often talks with senior executives from fleet suppliers and vehicle manufacturers about current and future business trends. He also gets the opportunity to see and experience new cars when they are launched and talk to the people behind their development, design and engineering. In addition, John is a judge in the prestigious UK Car of the Year awards.
His knowledge and expertise will help deliver ever-higher standards of journalism and insight at Fleet World Group.
