The firm, which manufactures building products, has selected JCT600 VLS for a three-year sole supply and fully outsourced funding and fleet management solution which includes management of legacy vehicles and draws on its driver app, online driver quoting platform and fleet reporting system.

The deal also takes in accident, risk and grey fleet management; JCT600 VLS has worked closely with Kingspan to introduce a cash allowance policy as a company car alternative for employees.

The deal, awarded following a tender process, is the first contract to be taken through JCT600 VLS’s new implementation process which includes a full review of the fleet as well as consultancy on key cost-saving initiatives.

Craig Lloyd, UK and Ireland finance manager at Kingspan said: “JCT600 VLS demonstrated they had a proven track record for delivering a comprehensive fleet solution. This combined with their pricing, innovative technology and personal touch made them the obvious choice for us.”

Ben Creswick, commercial director at JCT600 VLS, added: “We recognise that employees are integral to every business and ensuring they are engaged and happy is paramount to a company’s success. Therefore when we started scoping the project we identified different objectives for the key stakeholders that have access to or are involved in the administration of company vehicles. As a result we have put in place our online driver quoting system, bespoke reporting and a dedicated account management team to ensure we deliver an all-encompassing fleet solution that suits everyone’s needs.”
