Jaama employee numbers rise as result of sales figures boost

By / 12 years ago / Latest News / No Comments

With new sales up by around 40% on last year’s levels, Mr Dunphy has joined Jaama having spent the past three years working as a software tester at educational and literacy software company Widgit.

He has joined Jaama’s own software testing team as the company continues to further enhance its already high levels of product quality and customer service.

Jason Francis, managing director at Jaama, said: ‘Whilst trading conditions are difficult we are experiencing a busy year so far. Adam is the sixth person to join Jaama this year and takes our number of staff to more than 40.

‘Software testing and quality control is a vital aspect of our goal to have the most advanced software in the market. We believe we now employ more full time software testers than is normal for a software company our size and this confirms our commitment to being the best at what we do.

‘We have recruited new staff across all areas of the business this year as we experience continuing rising demand for our Key2 Vehicle Management range of online vehicle, driver, plant and equipment management solutions.

‘Across the public and private sectors decision-makers are realising that online technology can play a powerful role in helping to manage and cut operational costs. As a result, employers are freeing up investment cash having put a freeze on spending during the depths of the recession,’ he added.
