Jaama continues expansion with new business analyst post
Experienced IT professional Phil Meadows has been appointed a business analyst within the team with a remit to understand customers’ vehicle and driver management challenges and requirements and how they can better use the company’s Key2 system to deliver efficiencies through the improved utilisation of the functionally rich software.
Additionally, he will assist with the further development of Key2 to ensure it meets the ever-changing industry and fleet requirements.
Meadows was previously at SSP, a leading global provider of general insurance technology solutions, where he also worked as a business analyst primarily involved in e-commerce and the development of a new e-trading insurance quotation platform. Previously he spent three years as a project manager at inspHire, developers of rental management software.
He said: “Jaama is an exciting company to work for as it is not only delivers multi award-winning software that is constantly evolving, but the company actively engages with customers in order to enhance and develop the product.”
Meadows joins a large number of recruits appointed by Jaama in 2015 as it continues expansion plans. Managing director Martin Evans said: “We are securing a string of new contracts and consistently working with our existing customers to enable them to drive operating efficiencies and ensure rigorous vehicle and driver compliance requirements are achieved.
“That means we need to expand our employee base so client expectations are met in terms of our customer service levels as well as ensuring our Key2 software remains at the cutting-edge of fleet and driver management.”
