Jaama boosts major account management team

Eckersley (pictured) will be working closely with Jaama’s major account following implementation of the company’s Key2 vehicle and driver management system.

He brings experience at Epyx and has also established his own vehicle sourcing and sales business. Eckersley has also worked for both TNT and Global Insurance Management and most recently alongside DriveAway Motoring Services in the development of insurance-based software.

On joining Jaama, he said: “I’ve been given a great opportunity to work with some of Jaama’s key accounts to provide the highest levels of account management and customer satisfaction.”

Jaama has also recruited Roy Baynham as a business development co-ordinator with his focus on booking appointments with potential customers for the Key2 online fleet management solution.

Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: “We are experiencing growth across public and private sector fleets and are also delivering systems to medium-sized contract hire, leasing and vehicle rental businesses.

“Our customer base is expanding because businesses want software that moves them forward in a practical manner delivering operational efficiencies and administrative benefits.”
