Integral UK Ltd is one of the largest independent providers of property maintenance services in the UK and has over 1,600 clients in 40,000 locations. The company runs an operational nationwide fleet of 650 cars and 650 LCVS used by technicians and engineers covering every postcode area of the UK.

The contract with GE Capital will provide Integral UK with funding, policy consultancy and dedicated LCV as well as support fleet management services that include accident management, breakdown and roadside assistance, vehicle maintenance management, daily rental replacement vehicles, driver support and risk management.

GE Capital were chosen as Integral’s supplier following a tender process that saw the company demonstrate the ability to achieve both significant cost savings based on competitive pricing while at the same time improving service levels and creating bespoke solutions to meet the company’s needs.

Keith Abell, fleet manager at Integral UK Ltd, said: ‘Efficient and effective operation of our fleet is a crucial part of meeting the needs of our customers so identifying the best-fit fleet supplier is key to our service delivery. GE Capital stood out as having the potential to provide the depth of service, knowledge and expertise to deliver what we need, and are clearly very committed and capable.’

A revised company car choice policy based on selected manufacturers is already being implemented. In addition, GE Capital will be working in close partnership with Integral’s regional fleet administrators on LCV support.

Gary Killeen, fleet services commercial leader for GE Capital UK, said: ‘We are delighted to announce such a significant new fleet deal. Integral UK is a highly professional company and we are already enjoying working with them.’
