Inchcape Fleet Solutions launches new daily rental service with Nexus Vehicle Rental

Inchcape Fleet Solutions has teamed up with Nexus Vehicle Rental for the launch of its new daily rental service.

David Brennan, CEO, Nexus Vehicle Rental

Following a robust tender process, the contract for the service was awarded to Nexus Vehicle Rental, which will now handle the rental management for Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ daily rental customers, providing access to its network of more than 200 suppliers and 550,000 vehicles across 2,000 UK locations and its ‘no turndown policy’.

The deal will also benefit customers by providing access to Nexus’ online rental management suite, IRIS, enabling users to book vehicles, extend agreements and review their business requirements online. IRIS can also be pre-set with any company’s booking rules, helping customers manage their costs as well.

Matthew Rumble, managing director at Inchcape Fleet Solutions, said: “I’m delighted to be launching our vehicle rental product with Nexus. Our brand-new service will enable customers to manage daily rental much more confidently and effectively from today via the fantastic online platform IRIS. I look forward to developing our relationship with Nexus, and providing our customers with an outstanding vehicle rental service.”

David Brennan, CEO at Nexus Vehicle Rental, added: “We are thrilled to be working with Inchcape Fleet Solutions as sole supplier to fulfil all of its daily rental needs. We truly believe in developing partnerships with our clients and we are able to deliver an efficient service offering, with access to the UK’s largest vehicle network and providing a cost-effective solution. I am really looking forward to seeing Inchcape Fleet Solutions and its future customers benefit through our new relationship.”
