ICFM and TRL to speak at free Crisis Management seminar

The Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM) and the Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) will be sharing their expertise on crisis management for a Brake seminar taking place next week.

The seminar is being held at Alphabet’s UK headquarters in Farnborough on Tuesday 3 March 2020

Free to attend, the seminar is being held at Alphabet’s UK headquarters in Farnborough on Tuesday 3 March 2020, and will provide insight on how to respond to serious road incidents in an effective, timely and compassionate manner.

Speakers include Peter Milchard, board member at the ICFM, who will explore how to provide support during a crisis, while Simon Lane, consultant at TRL, will cover the topic of learning from the incident.

In addition, Andrew Wolrich, director and founder at Wolrich Consulting, will look at the costs of a crisis, while post-crash responding will come under focus by David Higginbottom, CEO at Driver First Assist.

Finally, Glen Davies, transport & logistics specialist at AtoH Solutions, will address how to write a crisis response plan.
