The carmaker said that a vital part of its expanding Motability sales in recent years has been its ability to maintain consistent pricing on its Motability scheme. Part of Geary’s new responsibilities will be to ensure the best product mix within both rental and Motability fleets, as well as protecting and enhancing residual values. In addition to securing new business, Geary will work to ensure the satisfaction of existing customers, to ensure retention and repeat business.

Val brings some great experience from working at Motability Operations, his insight will be invaluable as Hyundai expands its presence in these markets.”

Geary brings more than five years of experience at Motability Operations, having progressed to the role of manufacturer account manager after starting in a graduate role in 2010.
