Honda has announced three new appointments to its corporate sales team, including the addition of Dave Bolwell as national fleet sales manager.

Bolwell joins from Listers Group, where he was group fleet sales manager, and also previously spent 10 years at Toyota in key sales and account management roles.

The new position will see Bolwell oversee all of the carmaker’s major corporate sales and liaise with dealerships that are running the Honda Platinum Programme for business customers, which provides enhanced support for company car drivers and 48-hour test drives.

The Honda fleet sales team changes – which come as the 1.6-litre diesel joins the Civic range – also see Ben Morris and Dave Lythgoe take major account manager roles. Morris was previously responsible for fleet and used car activity at MG and Lythgoe brings experience at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as large corporate fleet manager.

Marc Samuel, fleet sales operations manager at Honda UK, added: “Our three new appointments are absolutely key for ensuring Honda can deliver a market-leading service to its corporate customers. Our Platinum Programme is central to our offering, and we are on the cusp of announcing some exciting updates to enhance the fleet experience for drivers. This wouldn’t be possible without the talent and dedication from our team.”
