Effective immediately, the changes put a specific focus on three key areas for future business growth and see Pigounakis replace Martin Wilson, who has been appointed to the role of sales director reporting directly to the president and CEO. His responsibilities will include Sales Operations, Sales & Market Planning and Tilbury Import Centre.

Meanwhile Paul Wills, currently dealer development director will continue in the role, which will now report directly to the president and CEO.

Hyundai said the reorganisation follows a hugely successful year and will help it move towards its 2020 target of over 100,000 sales and a 5% market share.
