Grosvenor starts 30th year in record form
Shaun Barritt, group managing director, said that much of that success is down to the wider range of services and solutions it has been offering customers since the launch of Interactive Fleet Management in 2010.
He said: 'When we launched Interactive Fleet Management last year, we did so to offer customers a more extensive range of services whether they leased their vehicles or owned them.
'As a result, we've extended our relationships with key clients across their entire fleet in circumstances where they have a mix of leased and owned vehicles. We've also been able to find better ways of servicing clients without the restriction of only offering funded solutions.
'With its own team of senior and highly experienced fleet management professionals working alongside our contract hire specialists, we're now having very different conversations with company directors about how they wish their fleet to operate.
'By working at a more strategic level, our activities and services are better aligned to our clients' business objectives, and when we meet with new companies who are seeking an overarching solution the combined services across the group mean we can support their needs, make savings and improve the service to them through a genuinely tailored solution.
'The upshot is that we've enjoyed an outstanding first quarter.'
