Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd is to continue its supply, service and maintenance of tyres for the UK police force

The UK Crown Commercial Service has confirmed the supply and fitment of Goodyear and Dunlop tyres to the government-operated fleet, as well as a provision of some tyres for non-police government services, including cars, trucks and motorcycles.

Service will be back up by Goodyear Dunlop’s fast-fit network, HiQ Fleet Services, which offers transparent costs, a dedicated network manager and tyre policy development.

David Howe, head of fleet for Goodyear Dunlop, said: “Winning and retaining this contract means that Goodyear Dunlop has held the position as supplier to the Police for over 15 consecutive years. We are thrilled to retain this prestigious contract once again.”

David Morris, national account manager at Goodyear Dunlop, added: “We believe that the key strengths of Goodyear Dunlop have enabled us to retain the contract, such as our strong, innovative and award-winning product portfolio, dedicated account management, our continuing partnerships with key OEMs and the high priority our HiQ Fleet Service network places on this important contract.”
