Clear Vehicle Data (CVD) has appointed Geoff Bell as leasing and fleet partner.

The company is the direct sales operation for IDS (International Decision Systems) data, which comprises new vehicle data for configuring vehicles on websites and in computer systems and SMR forecasting data. In addition to this, CVD provides registered vehicle data, residual value forecasting data , current used valuations and workshop data, and it’s also a leading provider of whole-life cost application tools and software operating under the Whole Life Cost brand name.

Geoff Bell’s appointment will see him assume responsibility for developing relationships with leasing brokers, leasing companies and fleet operators. In addition, he will provide client support and account management for several existing CVD clients.

The appointment will draw on Bell’s background in the fleet and leasing industry, including through  providing maintenance management services for TCH Leasing. He also provides training services to the BVRLA and has marketed contracts for leasing brokers.
