D.Tec International says more than 25,000 drug drivers a year are arrested

Taking place on Wednesday 14 November 2018, the webinar on Tackling drink and drug driving, sponsored by Dtec International, will cover the risks associated with driving under the influence of drink and drugs, including over the counter and prescription medication, and look at the risks involved in driving the morning after consuming alcohol or drugs.

Ean Lewin, managing director at D.Tec International, said: “Dtec International see the horrendous results of driving drugged or drunk from our work with every police force in England and Wales using DrugWipe as their roadside drug driver screener. Our calculations show that the police are currently arresting over 25,000 drug drivers a year. Many of these drivers are in company trucks, vans and cars whilst at work or on their way to work.”
