Former Alphabet director Greg Taylor joins ALD

Taylor has over 16 years’ experience within the contract hire industry with a background in finance, sales and operations. He first joined LeasePlan as financial planning & analysis manager in 1997 before being appointed head of sales. He then joined ING Car Lease in 2001 as its commercial director, a position he retained during the acquisition of ING by Alphabet in 2011.

A fully qualified accountant, Taylor was responsible for the development and execution of the commercial business strategy at both ING and Alphabet. During his time in the leasing sector he has also been responsible for various operational activities including vehicle acquisition, maintenance management, RV and SMR pricing policy, fleet administration, remarketing and daily rental.
