The new services and rebrand are part of an on-going strategy to align the business’ regional dealerships and ensure a joined-up customer experience at all TrustFord sites across the UK.

The TrustFord identity will now rolled out across the network of 65 sites in the UK, which previously operated under a variety of local brand names, including Bougourd Ford, Brunel Ford, Dagenham Motors, Heartlands Ford, La Motte Ford, Lindsay Ford, Polar Ford, @First Parts, Ford Retail Online and Ford Online Parts. All of these brand names will now be branded as TrustFord and TrustFirst Parts.

The new services are as follows:

  • New Driver Tutorial – available at all TrustFord dealerships, new drivers can book an appointment for a technician to take them through the basics of how to maintain a car, as well as how to carry out simple checks and adjustments
  • Technology Tutorials – customers can book in for free software updates and technology tuition to ensure they are getting the most from their vehicles

Stuart Kerr, chairman and CEO of TrustFord, commented: ‘We believe the introduction of these new tutorials will help highlight our commitment to providing our customers with a transparent service across our entire network of dealerships, underpinned by a promise to go the extra mile at every stage of their journey.

‘We want our customers to feel like they can pop in for advice, whether they’ve just handed in their L-plates and are getting to grips with their new car, or are simply struggling to sync their iPhone.’
