Ford Rental programme to rate dealerships on customer service

Under "The Circle of Excellence" programme, each dealership will be scored by mystery shoppers on how they handle customer enquiries, the overall experience of hiring a car through Ford Rental, the presentation of rental vehicles and the knowledge of the staff.

Nathan Sanders, Ford Rental programme manager, said: 'Launching the Circle of Excellence scheme not only ensures the Ford Rental service levels our customers demand are excelled significantly, but also shows that we are committed to highlighting dealer excellence.'

Ford Rental, part of Ford Motor Company, offers short and long-term hire solutions to National Corporate Accounts, and has a nationwide fleet of 14,000 cars and commercial vehicles available at over 150 dealer locations.
