FMG appoints Andrew Chandler as sales director

FMG has appointed its head of sales and marketing, Andrew Chandler as sales director.

Andrew Chandler, sales director, FMG

Chandler brings 15 years’ experience within the automotive industry and joined FMG in 2015, where he’s credited with having led and redefined the new business and marketing strategy, playing a vital role in the controlled growth of the business and the development into new markets.

The new role will see Chandler take on full responsibility for the company’s sales offering, and will retain executive responsibility for the company’s new business, marketing and bid response activities. He will formally join the company’s operating board, bringing his industry knowledge and commercial expertise to help influence future business innovations.

The fleet and incident management specialist said his new appointment strengthens the board to support ongoing growth, as well as recognising the significant contribution Chandler has made to the business since joining.

FMG managing director Harvey Stead commented: “Andrew’s appointment is well-deserved recognition of his significant contribution to the business within a relatively short amount of time. Andrew is the most accomplished new business executive I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside. His expertise, integrity and tenacity have played a significant part in our growth story over the last three years, and I have every confidence that, in his new role, Andrew will continue to do a superb job of supporting our business and its continued ambitions.”
