FleetEurope has made five new appointments to augment its existing customer service delivery teams.

The recruitment drive, which comes after a significant period of growth last year for the business, sees Raim Bennett join the fleet operations team as fleet support manager. He brings with him over 13 years’ experience within the automotive sector including at some of the UK’s largest fleet management and vehicle rental companies, and will provide essential day-to-day support for fleet customers to ensure the efficient management of their fleet vehicles.

Geraldine Doyle and Whitney Hector have joined as rental administrators in FleetEurope’s vehicle rental division, drawing on a strong background in customer service from previous roles in the retail, security and healthcare sectors.

Their key responsibilities will include processing vehicle bookings, responding to queries and working closely with FleetEurope’s nationwide network of rental partners to ensure seamless rental management.

Finally Ajay Randev and Ellie Richards join FleetEurope’s finance department as accounts assistants, helping to maintain FleetEurope’s invoice accuracy rate of more than 99%.

The recruitment drive follows a 30% growth in turnover at FleetEurope in 2018 as well as the addition of 160 new customer accounts.
