Mr Holland joined the global fuel card company in August 2009, following its acquisition of ReD Fuel Cards (Europe), a European fuel card business.

In this new London-based role, he will be responsible for continuing the rapid development of FleetCor, which says it has grown both organically and through acquisition to become the largest independent fuel card operator in Europe in just four years.

Mr Holland will manage a wide range of European activities, including business development, the coordination of major strategic growth projects, the development of key pan-European alliances/partnerships and stewardship of business efficiency programmes across FleetCor's European subsidiary companies.

Previously, he was managing director of ReD Fuel Cards (Europe) and has operated in a number of senior management roles in the European fuel cards market for more than 15 years for companies including Retail Decisions, DHL and Securicor.
